STOP, LOOK, LISTEN

You have got to stop,

Or you'll never be on top.

You have got to look,

And read the book.

You must listen when people talk,

Don't just ignore them and take the walk.

For if you stop and enjoy the day,

If you look around you in every way,

There are things that you will see,

There are things about you and me,

That if you listen you will hear,

And only then will you truly care.

So, stop and look and listen,

Each man who ever stumbled has risen.

For we have to learn the hard way around,

That better comes after we have fallen to the ground.

Yes stop, and look and listen,

Behind each grey cloud the sun will glisten.
