BECAUSE YOU LOVE ME

I think of you when I'm alone,
I listen to your voice on the phone.
I write you letters every day,
And yet there's so much I don't say.

I play songs we love to hear,
I count the hours until you're near.
Why do we have to be two world apart,
Why can't you accept the message of your heart?

I want to go back in time,
I want that life that was yours and mine.
I want to share all your todays,
Why can't you listen to what my heart says?

You tell me that you love me,
You tell me that you are more than I see.
You tell me that you'll always be here,
You tell me that you'll always be near.

So why do I still feel so blue,
Why can't I just always be with you?
Why do you limit my time and space,
Why can't I just win this little race?

I look at the sky,

I look at the clouds so high,

I look at eerything so quiet like a mouse,

I drive down the street,

I look at the restaurant where we use to eat,

You make me happy when I am sad,

You make me laugh when I am mad.

You make me do things I never would,

You tell me things that I should.

You are a part of everything,

You are the song that I sing.

You send me messages of love,

You are like the little white dove.

You fill my life with laughter and song,

When I'm with you nothing can go wrong.

I look to you for guidance and support,

With you by my side I can go forth.

The world is mine because you are near,

Because of you there is nothing that I fear.

I doubt you realize what you have done,

But because of you my new life has begun.

Thank you for being all that you are to me,

Thank you for helping me to see,

That there is something special that I must do,

THREE WORDS I WILL ALWAYS SAY

The sun came up and shone so bright,

It filled my heart with such delight.

The day was fresh with energy all around,

And the love I left kept me floating off the ground.

The the moon came out and smiled at me,

And I knew just then that this would be,

All the wonders and happiness I now feel,

Is because you've taught me what is real.

For you looked at me and you nodded your head,

And right there and then my heart went ahead,

The aura, the peace and the feelings are so deep,

I knew it was some I would I would have to keep.

For the sun and moon shone on us and we know,

That we will take this wherever we go.

For this love is special and it will last,

Even with time that moves so fast.

I can love and give love in return,

I can do all because this I did learn.

Tomorrow will be as beautiful as today,

Because three words I will always say.

LIFE

Life is a wonder,
Life is a dream,
Life can take you under,
But it can also make you supreme.

The lessons you learn,
May be short and few,
But it will help you to earn,
Points in everything you do.

So try to have an open mind,
Try to be true,
Leave all the bad things behind,
And focus on YOU.

For tomorrow may never come,
For tomorrow may never be.
So you must follow the rule of thumb,
And learn from all you hear and see.

For life is a challenge worth having,
And life is truly real,
And it can fill you with much loving,
If you accept the deal.

IN THE SILENCE

The silence tells it all,

The silence is the call.

The silence greets me,

And tells me all I need to be.

The thoughts I have of you,

Makes me wonder what to do.

I can only hope that this will pass,

And that this day won't be our last.

Because there is so much we have shared,

I'm hoping that that you cared,

Enough to want to try again,

Before this story comes to an end.

So give me a sign that you still care,

And that you'll always want me near.

Tell me something special so I can see,
