A mother is so sweet,
A mother can be so neat!
When we're sick she does her part,
By showering us with love from the heart.
Have you ever though how it would be,
In a world that's mother free?
How horrible it would appear,
If our mother's for us did not care.
What can we do for this special woman dear,
Who is more valuable than an orchid ever rare?
Love her like only a daughter or son can do,
Never make her forget that she is No. 1 to you.
Mother, you have always been there showering us with love,
You are the most precious gift from the Lord above.
So if one day I forget to say how much I love you,
May the things I do express my love so true.
